About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their financial needs and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with loan applications and provide guidance on our product offerings
  • Market and promote our loan products to existing and new customers
  • Educate customers on our loan options and insurance products
  • Process loan applications and determine customer eligibility
  • Work with past due customers to bring their accounts current
Requirements
  • Customer service mindset and experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
  • High School diploma or equivalent
