Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods to the Chef to ensure optimum services.">
  3. Notify manager if a product does not meet specifications.">
  4. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.">
  5. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served.">
  6. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served.">
  7. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacle.">
  8. Set-up, clean and break down work station.">
  9. Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables, tools, knives, and equipment.">
  10. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.">
  11. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.">
  12. Prepare and cook food.">
  13. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.">
  14. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.">
  15. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.">
  16. Speak with others using clear and professional language.">
  17. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.">
  18. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.">
  19. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.">
  20. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.">
  21. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.">

The estimated salary for this position is $28.15/hour, with a pay range of $25.95-$32.44/hour.
