We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify problems and determine a therapy diagnosis
- Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses
- Work with patients and their families to educate them on proper care and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. You will be required to lift, move and load 30 to 50 pounds, and to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. You will also be required to travel to perform responsible duties.
