  • Prepare examination rooms, clean and sterilize medical instruments
  • Communicate with patients regarding their care, treatment plans, and test results
  • Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling appointments and answering phones

Skills:

  • Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
  • Familiarity with EMR systems

Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant (MA) Certification or Phlebotomy Certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
