  • Address guest complaints effectively and responsibly.
  • Ensure adherence to proper serving techniques and standards.
  • Verify identification for guests who appear to be under 30 years of age.
  • Anticipate needs by assessing supplies and reporting maintenance issues to management.
  • Follow established cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in guest checks.
  • Remain flexible and supportive in a team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification required prior to employment.
  • Completion of Title 31 training within the first 90 days of employment is necessary.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License from Augustine Gaming Commission.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume establishment is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly regarded.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • This position may require overtime.

Note: If applicants do not meet the stated qualifications, those with lesser education and experience may still be considered, provided they submit a formal training plan within 30 days of hire, which must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe.

Background Check

This position requires a background check, including finance and drug screening. Candidates must have no felony or theft convictions in their history. Failure to meet gaming requirements will result in denial of a gaming license.
