Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VTC Lead to join our team at Stellar Innovations. As a VTC Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating with vendors, customers, and government representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product/project requirements from inception to conclusion.
  • Develop specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.
  • Lead and coordinate with vendors, customers, and government representatives.
  • Work independently as a VTC Lead, performing shift lead duties and providing guidance to VTC administrators.
  • Perform duties of VTC administrator while performing duties of junior engineer and/or VTC Lead.

Requirements:

Two to Five (5) years of progressive IT experience, including at least two projects in technical areas, including networking and/or Cisco Video Tele-Conferencing. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years. Additional experience in the Video Teleconferencing arena, including deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting VTCs in a dynamic environment.

Sensitivity Level: IT-I – Critical Sensitive

Clearance: Secret

Computing Environment: Required VTC Certifications:

o Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNP) v1.0 (preferred)

DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
