Billing Specialist

United Recovery and Remarketing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and submitting invoices to our clients for payment of fees related to the repossession process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately create and submit client invoicing in accordance with established guidelines and requirements.
• Handle general billing inquiries and resolve client disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members through written and verbal communication.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of successful billing and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in computer software applications and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
