Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 180-bed healthcare center, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. This role plays a vital part in improving patient lives, working with an enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals who share their positive attitudes and compassionate hearts.
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for daily coordination, quality and efficiency assessment, and monitoring of patient care outcomes for all three shifts on each unit. Compliance with nursing care policies, procedures, systems, and processes is ensured, as well as management and supervision of unit nursing staff.
This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is supported by corporate nursing consultants who offer ongoing training and assistance. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable administration team.
Key qualifications include RN degree, current licensure, and a minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience preferably in long-term care. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication, are essential. Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team is also required.
