Effective communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
The ability to understand and empathize with our customers' needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.

Training Details
5 days of training, 8 hours a day, with a 1-hour lunch break
Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 10pm EST, Monday to Sunday
You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) to support you during live calls.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting others. As a TurboTax Product Expert, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless tax filing experience.
Requirements
No tax experience required
Must complete all 5 days of training and graduate
Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle from Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 10pm EST
Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee)
