About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position within Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Sell Products: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise products to maximize sales.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with store managers to increase sales, order products, and maintain records throughout the day.
  • Grow Sales: Develop relationships with customers, sell in displays, and complete national initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Route Management: Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.

Requirements
  • Age and License: Be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • DOT Physical and Certification: Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
