Job Title: Tax Principal - Estate and Trust Services Expert

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Principal to lead our tax department and manage tax engagements for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the tax department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all tax-related matters.
* Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
* Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.
* Mentor and coach other Tax Managers within the company.

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is highly desirable.
* Active CPA is required. JD degree is a plus.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in a tax manager role within public accounting.
* Background specializing in estate, gift, and trust tax services is a must.
* Extensive understanding and knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
* Ability to coach and mentor other team members.
