Job Summary

The Lead Behavior Analyst / BCBASummary will lead ABA-based clinics with a school setting, providing Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, program design, monitoring, and supervision
  • Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities
  • Flexibility to travel into the home/community settings to conduct assessments
  • Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback, and determine staff development needs
  • Review clinical notes to monitor the on-going progress of clients
  • Conduct service intakes for clients to gain a clinical understanding of their educational, behavioral, and medical needs to assist in identifying the appropriate staff and eligibility for services
  • Coordinate resources to enhance the well-being of the child and overall family functioning
  • Assist in problem solving when conflicts arise over behavioral paradigms in other involved systems
  • Troubleshoot with the team when behavior interventions are seen as ineffective for the child or family
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
  • Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs
  • CREDENTIALS:
    • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
    • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
    • PA Department of Human Services FBI - Use code 1KG738
    • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
    • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
    • BCBA certification
    • Active PA Behavior Specialist License (BSL)
