**Key Responsibilities**

As a Grooming Artist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional guest service, understanding client needs, and delivering quality consultations and services.
  • Performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current cosmetology or barber license, as required by Nevada State regulations.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to perform administrative tasks.
  • Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
