Key Responsibilities

The Staff Nurse will be accountable for the following duties:

  • Conducts patient procedures within the established nursing scope of practice.
  • Ensures safe medication administration and evaluates patient reactions to treatments.
  • Engages in the assessment and/or implementation of clinical pathways and care coordination.

The Staff Nurse will deliver professional nursing care to a designated group of patients within a specific timeframe and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • A valid State Issued RN license.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Employment Conditions
