We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Methodist ER New Braunfels. As a CT MRI IIID Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and exceptional imaging outcomes.

Job Summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for performing post-processing on CT/MRI data sets, maintaining quality control measures, and demonstrating expertise in all areas of CT, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 3D post-processing, positioning, procedure preparation, and technical factors associated with the CT, MRI, and post-processing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform post-processing on CT/MRI data sets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain quality control measures of the 3D Lab, CT/MRI department, ensuring good documentation and follow-through on issues.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of CT, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 3D post-processing, positioning, procedure preparation, and technical factors associated with the CT, MRI, and post-processing systems.
  • Communicate effectively with others, prioritize tasks, and act as a mentor to staff as needed while providing quality in-services and instructions.
Requirements
  • Registered Computed Tomography Technologist (RCT) certification.
  • Associate Degree in a relevant field.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
