Clubhouse Facilitator

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Clubhouse Facilitator to join our team at Hope Network. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with members, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting member participation, and encouraging skills development. You will also assist members in planning and completing daily tasks, ensuring unit work is completed efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with staff and members to achieve program objectives\
  
• Develop and implement plans to support members' vocational goals\
  
• Maintain a flexible and varied program of activities, including vocational, educational, and recreational pursuits\
  
• Assist members in identifying needs and developing solutions\
  
• Ensure personnel recognize and encourage members' skills and talents\
  

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong desire to help others, exhibit trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty, and demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork. A minimum of an Associate's degree and valid State of Michigan driver's license are required. Basic computer skills and ability to lift 50 pounds are also essential.
