Summary: The Expediter, also known as Cantador, is an essential part of the culinary team, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role serves as the communication bridge between the kitchen and the dining area, facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relay orders to kitchen personnel with precision, ensuring all details are communicated effectively.
  • Handle special requests and modifications, ensuring they are conveyed clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • Manage the timing of dish preparation to guarantee that all items are served at the right moment.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs and kitchen staff to uphold an efficient workflow.
  • Oversee the presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's high standards.
  • Support kitchen staff during peak hours, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
