Key Responsibilities

The Charcoal Grill Chef will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving food at the grill station while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Taking customer orders and efficiently preparing items with short cooking times.
  • Ensuring that all food served is at the appropriate temperature and visually appealing.
  • Following established recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Participating in training and safety meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
