Job Summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Perioperative Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and advocacy within the perioperative setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing leadership and patient care in the perioperative setting
  • Develop and implement OR nursing care plans
  • Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Prepare instrumentation, supplies, and equipment for OR procedures
  • Perform circulating nurse duties, including monitoring patient health status and implementing plans of care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow and utilization of resources
Requirements
  • Current Minnesota RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification (within 4 months of hire)
  • Experience in operating room setting preferred
