Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory data. This includes reviewing and maintaining duplicate stock reports, organizing and mailing MSOs, and ensuring that two months of orders are built at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing Inventory Coordinator data entry daily for orders
- Reviewing all correspondence sent to Inventory email groups to ensure answered
- Maintaining duplicate stock report
- Organizing and mailing MSOs
- Ensuring two months of orders are built at all times
- Weekly Lightspeed and CRM Audits
- Assisting with Wells Fargo floorchecks
- Assisting with Month End; Apply AR, Zero Check AP
- Wells Fargo monthly recon with P&L for all locations
- Reconciling Wells Fargo to Lightspeed weekly
- Assisting Inventory Coordinators with data entry if needed
- Being available for questions from team members
- Maintaining an orderly, clean, & professional work area
- Organizing all work with Inventory Manager and/or Director of Inventory.

Qualifications & Expectations
- Administrative, computer knowledge
- 2 years' experience as Inventory Coordinator
- Exhibiting a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment
- Proving reliability and discipline
- Promoting teamwork
- Supporting and working with other team members, departments, and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery, and servicing of the boat
- Customer satisfaction, internal and external
- Positive interaction with all team members
