As a Sushi Culinary Professional at K-VA-T Food Stores Inc, you will play a vital role in our fresh sushi program, responsible for crafting a diverse range of sushi dishes with precision and care. Your responsibilities will encompass welcoming customers, preparing high-quality ingredients, upholding food safety protocols, assembling sushi rolls, and mentoring fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
