Apprentice Lineworker

We are seeking a skilled Lineworker to join our team at Entergy. As a Lineworker, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical transmission and distribution systems. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical transmission and distribution systems
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions
• Use hot line tools and other specialized equipment
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure safe and efficient work practices
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment
• Document work activities and maintain accurate records

• 4+ years of demonstrated linework experience (Apprentice 4th Year) or 5+ years of demonstrated linework experience (Journeyman Lineman)
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

As a Lineworker, you will be required to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors in extreme weather conditions, in confined spaces, and at heights. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high levels of stress.
