We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Setting and SpecialtyThis position is based in a medical clinic, specializing in Family Medicine, with a focus on outpatient care.
Schedule and HoursThe ideal candidate will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with a minimum of 32 hours of patient care per week, which translates to 4 days in the clinic.
Responsibilities- Manage a diverse patient panel with a range of needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Perform occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Perform in-office procedures
- Handle other duties as needed
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine Residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
