Job Opportunity: Surgical Technologist

Penn State Health, a leading healthcare provider in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in surgical procedures and patient care. As a Surgical Technologist at Penn State Health, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and medical staff during operations, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

To qualify for this role, you must have completed an accredited surgical technologist program and hold certification or be willing to obtain it within six months. Previous operating room experience is preferred but not required.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and ongoing education opportunities.
