Rewind Operator

We are seeking a skilled Rewind Operator to join our team at ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company. As an essential employer, we prioritize the safety and health of our team members.

The successful candidate will work 12-hour overnights from 7 pm to 7 am, operating rewinder machinery and equipment to meet customer and production goals.

• Safely set up, operate, and monitor rewinder machinery and equipment as intended and needed.
• Complete rewinder machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Monitor the production process, inspect and test materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols.
• Verify and track all materials for inventory and work-in-progress regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work 12-hour overnights.
• 2-4 years experience in a related field required.
• Experience reading and recording measurements.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

• Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
