Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to new tools, technologies, and work scenarios, driving change through out-of-the-box thinking.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with scheduling.
