About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our Snowmaking team as a Snowmaker. As a Snowmaker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our snowmaking operations, working closely with our Winter Operations team to deliver exceptional skiing experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring optimal snow quality and coverage.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on snowmaking equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the Winter Operations team to develop and implement snowmaking strategies, taking into account weather conditions, snowfall, and guest demand.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing weather conditions and snowmaking requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in snowmaking operations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge and skill.
  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
