We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our Snowmaking team as a Snowmaker. As a Snowmaker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our snowmaking operations, working closely with our Winter Operations team to deliver exceptional skiing experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Operate snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring optimal snow quality and coverage.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on snowmaking equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Winter Operations team to develop and implement snowmaking strategies, taking into account weather conditions, snowfall, and guest demand.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing weather conditions and snowmaking requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in snowmaking operations.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Basic hand tool knowledge and skill.
- Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.04.
