Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4pm (Overtime as required)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is desirable.
  • Familiarity with FDA/cGMP regulations is essential.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience operating forklifts is preferred.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee inventory management of all product labels within the label room:
    • Coordinate label orders with the Purchasing Associate.
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of printed materials.
    • Unpack cartons of printed materials carefully.
    • Verify labels and quantities against packing lists and conduct physical counts.
    • Examine printed materials for quality attributes (e.g., wrapping, color, varnish, dimensions, spelling).
    • Ensure compliance of printed materials with customer specifications.
    • Integrate new printed materials into inventory.
    • Maintain accurate manual and electronic records of label information.
    • Correctly identify and store printed materials in designated areas.
    • Generate master shipper labels as required by the production schedule.
    • Keep an accurate inventory count of all production labeling materials.
  • Issue and receive printed materials for production based on the planning schedule.
  • Review pre-production and completed production documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized label room environment.
  • Conduct cycle counts throughout the month.
  • Support the Quality Team as necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and reaching in various directions.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Ability to push and pull items as needed.
  • Proficient finger dexterity and fine motor skills with both hands.
