Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

• Assist pharmacists in data entry and prescription preparation with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to inventory management, ordering, receiving, and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including intake, release to patient, and communication with customers.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash, checks, credit card charges, coupons, and insurance signature logs.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Develop a positive relationship with Price Chopper employees and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of prescription dispensing computer systems and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred.

• Standing for 5-8 hours per day.
• Frequent walking, pivoting, pushing/pulling, bending, grasping, and twisting.
• Occasional squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Calculator.
• Register.
• Order machines.
• Marking guns.
• Pill counting apparatus.
• Reference materials.
