Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residence Director Assistant to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with significant challenges to achieve their highest possible degree of personal well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Residence Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned residence, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals.
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Supervise and lead staff, promoting a positive and respectful team culture.
  • Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and strategies, ensuring accurate data collection and consistent use of support strategies.
  • Respond effectively to potential safety hazards and emergencies, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform administrative duties, including safeguarding sensitive data and managing individual expenses.
Requirements
  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Prior direct care experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven record of conscientious and responsible behavior
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
  • Basic computer literacy/proficiency
  • BA degree or current enrollment
