Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to students with Autism and related disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with BACB requirements
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
  • Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes
  • Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA certification
  • At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
  • Experience training school staff and parents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
