About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Rider Coach to join our team at American Management Group, LLC (AMG). As a Rider Coach, you will be responsible for instructing students in the Marine Corps Traffic Safety Training Program.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students in a classroom and range setting, ensuring they meet the program's standards.
- Prepare and maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
- Complete end-of-course paperwork, student completion letters, and state reporting.
- Submit incident reports and ensure all certifications required for employment are current and up-to-date.
- Travel in support of contract objectives, including classes and educational opportunities.
- Submit expense reports for approved travel and reimbursable items.
- Inform Regional Managers of issues that may impact class completion, availability, or other pertinent situations.
Requirements:
- A current MSF Basic Rider Course (BRC) certification is required.
- Additional certifications, such as MSF Advance Rider Course (ARC), MSF Dirt Bike School (DBS), ASI All-Terrain Vehicle course (ATV), Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association Course (ROV), and National Safety Council courses, are a plus.
