Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Charitable Goods Sorter - Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for examining and grading donated goods to ensure they meet our quality standards. This includes processing goods efficiently while adhering to standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Display a professional attitude when interacting with guests
• Provide accurate donation receipts to each guest
• Address guest questions and resolve problems promptly according to agency and departmental guidelines
• Properly sort donations into designated categories
• Maintain effective communication with management when necessary
• Consistently perform tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions
• Evaluate and navigate decisions effectively
• Promote cooperation and teamwork among peers
• Adhere to safety and security practices, reporting hazards and injuries to management
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math and reading skills. One year or more of production experience is preferred.

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:
