  1. Conduct patient callbacks to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up questions or concerns.
  2. Address patient billing inquiries and track complaints.
  3. Follow up on outstanding callbacks and patient messages.
  4. Provide knowledgeable support to nurses and patients in a professional and caring manner.
  5. Meet regulatory requirements and uphold accountability to the Compliance Director and Director of Nurses.
  6. Assist with extra duties, including maintaining records and employee files.
  7. Complete daily responsibilities upon arrival and prior to departure.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree.
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse diploma or certification.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in direct patient care.
  • Current driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Ability to provide efficient customer service in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
  • Flexibility to meet scheduling demands.
