Qualifications:

  • Education/Training: Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Urology.
  • Certification: Current certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology or in Urological Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Board certification must be achieved within five years of completing training and must be continuously maintained.
  • Clinical Experience (Initial): Documentation of provision of urological surgery services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous year.
  • Clinical Experience (Reappointment): Documentation of provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months based on results of ongoing professional practice evaluation and outcomes.
  • Fellowship Training: In addition to considering Urology trained physicians without Fellowship, we are also considering fellowship trained candidates who are looking to practice at least 50% Bread and Butter Urology, including:
    • Robotic & Laparoscopic Surgery
    • Urologic Oncology
    • Stone Disease and Advanced Endourology
    • Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
    • Male Infertility/Microsurgery/Andrology
