Job Summary:

Job Title: Shift Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Texas Locations. As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our brewing equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus and answers to their questions about ingredients.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to details such as coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and serve them to customers along with prepared food, avocado toast, pastries, and muffins.
  • Receive and process payments, maintain a clean bar area, and keep stock of clean cups and plates.
  • Monitor the quality of ingredients and alert management to any issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and communicate customer feedback to managers.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or relevant training is required.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is essential.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations and basic math skills are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
