We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dayporter to join our team. As a Dayporter, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior of our buildings and grounds are well-maintained, clean, and safe for our residents and visitors.

• Maintain the exterior of our buildings, including grounds, walkways, and parking areas.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks, including cleaning common areas and resident apartments.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as needed.

• 1-2 years of experience in grounds keeping or maintenance in a multi-family or residential setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to other properties as needed.
• Basic set of tools and ability to use them effectively.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
