Job Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure/certification in North Carolina
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Competitive salary range: $1,180 - $1,286 per week
- 12-week contract with possibility of extension
