Ballroom Dance Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Colorado. As a Ballroom Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and inviting learning environment for our students, while providing high-quality ballroom dance instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for private lessons and group classes
• Provide expert ballroom dance instruction to students of all levels and abilities
• Maintain accurate student progress records and assignment records
• Participate in student events and social functions, both in and out of the studio
• Attend meetings and training sessions to continually develop your dance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
• Strong physical fitness and dance skills
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Minimum 21 years of age
