Key Responsibilities:

Record Management:
Ensure precise documentation of all transactions and customer communications.

Customer Engagement:
Address customer inquiries through various channels regarding classified advertisements.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational and time-management capabilities.

Educational Background:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:
1-4 years in a related field.

Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
