Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner PRN to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes or at our clinic locations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes or at our clinic locations.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Prescribe medications, order lab tests, and refer patients to specialist services as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a NP/PA in the state of Mississippi.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $115,200 - $158,400 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
