We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit in Rapid City. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct patient care and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures
- Participating in on-call rotations and responding to emergencies
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a step-down or intermediate care setting
