Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and making recommendations to meet those needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our bank's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
- Operational Effectiveness: Maintain accurate records, process transactions efficiently, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other bank employees to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
