Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Titan Machinery. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostics and repairs on diesel machinery systems, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Mechanical Repair Expertise: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on diesel machinery systems, per manufacturer's specifications.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document all work comprehensively and communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about machinery issues and solutions.
  • Technical Support and Training: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, participate in mechanical training, and identify service opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.
Requirements
  • Have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities.
  • Must have own tools or ability to acquire them.
