Job Title: ASEC - EP Passivation Technician

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Passivation Technician to oversee the electro-polishing line at Apache Stainless Equipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the EP manager to ensure timely completion of products and maintain top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the electro-polishing line and ensure all process tanks are maintained according to established guidelines.
  • Conduct daily measurements of EP process tanks and perform chemical analysis of EP, Nitric, and DE-OX process tanks.
  • Log information for each job, including electro-polishing criteria, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the EP manager to schedule work, troubleshoot problems, and implement process improvements.
  • Design and modify fixtures to accommodate various products and ensure all EP equipment is kept in useable condition.
  • Inspect product cleanliness and quality prior to shipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor and run the waste treatment system as needed and ensure all process tanks are clean and cleaned out regularly.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong collaborative and accommodation tendencies.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities with limited supervision.
  • Computer literacy, preferably with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
