Dishroom Attendant

Bowlero Corporation is seeking a skilled Dishroom Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishrooms.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on cleaning and sanitizing equipment, dishes, and utensils. They will also be able to operate an automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning all equipment, including grills, ovens, ranges, griddles, and prep surfaces
• Ensuring all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area
• Restocking bottled beverages in the bar cooler

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $35,000 - $45,000 based on industry standards and local market conditions.
