At The Villas Senior Care Community - West, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents by delivering high-quality food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, guests, and staff in accordance with established facility policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all food safety and handling guidelines.
  • Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food storage, and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
