Industrial Electrician

Ervin Industries is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, installing power supply wiring and conduit, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment, including 120V, 480V, and 3 Phase systems.
• Install power supply wiring and conduit for new and existing equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete tasks and PM's as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
• Experience with PLC Controls and hydraulic and pneumatic controls troubleshooting and repair.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical/electronic equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Experience with heat treating burner controls and flame management a plus.
• Ability to work on Overhead Cranes a plus.
• Experience with welding and fabrication a plus.

Requirements:

• Certification, Degree, or Apprenticeship program or equivalent training preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends in a Union Shop.
• Candidates must pass an Electrical Knowledge, Blueprint, and basic welding tests.
• Ability to work in various temperatures and at elevated heights.
