Host and Guest Ambassador

Applebee's is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. As a Host and Guest Ambassador, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued and prioritized. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and maintaining an organized environment. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to take-out orders, and handling other administrative tasks. A successful Host and Guest Ambassador will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
