As a caregiver/support specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage with individuals with disabilities, providing assistance in various aspects of their daily lives. Your role will include facilitating community activities, helping with essential living skills, supporting personal goal achievement, and ensuring the safety and comfort of those you serve.

Our clients may exhibit a range of challenging behaviors, so we seek individuals who possess the following qualities:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have a genuine desire to assist individuals with disabilities
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic about engaging in activities
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Be available for Swing (3pm-11pm) and Grave (11pm-7am) shifts, as well as all weekend shifts. Weekend availability is essential.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to supporting others.
